Editorial Policy & Fact-Checking
Our promise: every fact on this site can be traced to an official source, and anything not yet announced is clearly labelled.
How we research
- Primary sources first: NTA (jeemain.nta.nic.in), JoSAA (josaa.nic.in), JEE Advanced (jeeadv.ac.in), organising IITs for GATE and JAM, state counselling portals and official college websites.
- Closing ranks are taken from official JoSAA opening and closing rank data and always mention the year, round, category and quota.
- Future dates are marked expected or tentative and based on previous years until the official notice is out.
Updates and corrections
Admissions information changes quickly. We review important guides when NTA, JoSAA or institutes publish new notices, and show the “Updated” date at the top of each article. If you spot an error, tell us. We correct verified errors quickly.
What we never do
- We never promise admission, rank or results.
- We never publish made-up statistics or reviews.
- We never accept payment to change rankings or recommendations.
